Before using this Application, please read and fully understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

By clicking "Agree" or starting to use this Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately

1. Definitions and Explanations

We/Developer: Refers to the developer and operator of this Application
User/You: Refers to individuals or organizations using this Application
Service: Refers to diary recording, management, and other functions provided by this Application

1.2 Scope of Agreement

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and us regarding the use of this Application's services and applies to all features and services of this Application.

2. Account and Usage

2.1 User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application
Users under 18 should use with parental or guardian supervision and consent
You should have full civil capacity and civil rights

2.2 Usage Rules

When using this Application, you agree to:

Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international conventions

Prohibited Behaviors

Attacking, invading, or destroying this Application's servers
Bulk registering accounts or using automation tools

2.3 Data Security

You should properly protect your device and data backups
We are not responsible for data loss due to device loss, damage, or your own deletion
We recommend regularly backing up important diary data

3. Service Content

Location Tagging: Add geographic locations to diaries (requires authorization)

Data Backup: Backup and restore database
Import and Export: Import and export diary data
Personalization: Customize themes, fonts, and other settings

3.2 Import and Export Services

We provide data import and export functionality to help you manage and migrate diary data:

Export Features:

Support exporting diary data to standard format files
Export content includes complete information such as diary text, tags, and timestamps
Exported data can be used for local backup or migration to other devices

Import Features:

Support restoring diary data from export files
Import preserves original diary structure and tag information
We recommend backing up current data before importing to avoid data overwriting

Usage Notes:

Please do not close the application during import/export process to avoid data corruption
Please keep exported data files secure to prevent data leakage
We are not responsible for data loss caused by improper user operations

3.3 Service Changes

We have the right to adjust, add, or reduce service features according to business development needs
Significant feature changes will be notified to users in advance
In case of service interruption due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, etc.), we will make our best efforts to restore service

3.4 Free Service

This Application is currently provided completely free of charge
If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be explained separately and require your consent

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Application Ownership

All intellectual property rights of this Application (including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, documentation, etc.) belong to the developer
Unless otherwise stated, you may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content of this Application without permission

4.2 User Content

The intellectual property rights of diary content you create in this Application belong to you
We will not view, use, or disclose your diary content to third parties (except as required by law)
You grant us the right to store and process your content within the technical necessity (such as local encrypted storage)

4.3 Open Source Licenses

This Application uses some open-source components; please check "About > Open Source Licenses" for related licenses

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Service Provided "As Is"

We strive to ensure service stability and security but do not guarantee that the service is completely error-free or uninterrupted
You understand and agree to assume the risks of using this Application at your own risk

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Except as explicitly required by law, we are not liable for the following situations:

Force Majeure: Natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, etc. Third-Party Causes: Telecom operator failures, hacker attacks, virus intrusions, etc. User Causes: Device damage, operational errors, failure to back up in time, etc. Indirect Losses: Loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or other indirect losses

5.3 Compensation Limit

If we are determined to be liable, the compensation amount shall not exceed the total fees you paid during the period of using this Application (currently zero).

6. Privacy Protection

Your privacy protection is governed by the Privacy Policy, which you must read carefully. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.

Key Points:

Your diary content is stored only locally and not uploaded to the cloud
We will not sell or share your personal information
You can delete your data at any time

7. Agreement Changes and Termination

7.1 Agreement Updates

We have the right to revise this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments
The updated Agreement will be notified to you via in-app notifications or update logs
Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance
If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you can stop using this Application

7.2 Service Termination

User Termination:

You can terminate the use of services at any time by uninstalling the app
After uninstallation, local data will be deleted (unless you have backed it up)

Our Termination:

If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to stop providing services to you
If this Application ceases operation, we will notify you 30 days in advance

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Applicable Law

The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.

8.2 Dispute Handling

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation
If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the Application developer is located

9. Other Terms

9.1 Complete Agreement

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and us.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid.

9.3 Language Version

This Agreement is officially in Chinese. If there are other language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
